Regular, full time training programs personally conducted by Ivan Bayross and H.L. Ramdoss are woven into the fabric of Dosssoft.
These in-depth training programs cover areas like, project management, technical documentation, techniques used for crafting high quality codespec, dress sense, soft skills and more.
It is compulsory for tech team member to attend these training programs. After each such training program there is an in-house evaluation carried out, that helps both the trainers and the trainees to grow.
Dosssoft also boasts an excellent in-house library of reference material. This is an area that is often totally neglected by software houses. Mr. Ivan Bayross takes a personal interest in the Dosssoft library. Books, manuals, and other reference materialare regularly upgraded.
Dosssoft also permits its senior personnel to purchase technical books for its library, from specific book sellers with the company being billed directly.
Dosssoft has its own Quality manual. The manual lays down the rules to be followed to craft production quality code. Dosssoft has carved a niche for itself in the development marketplace because it produces scalable, maintainable, fully documented code that is upto (and beyond) international specifications. Again this is an area that is generally paid Lip Service to by others whereas in Dosssoft its a way of life.
