Working with Dosssoft really does wonders for your career. We offer a really broad spectrum of career building for our employees, from trainee programmers to system architects.

Our technical staff are mentored by Mr. Ivan Bayross, Mr. Sharanam Shah and Mr. H.L. Ramdoss. All three, take a very personal interest in growing careers and shaping sharp minds into superb tech team members.

Regular, full time training programs personally conducted by Ivan Bayross and H.L. Ramdoss are woven into the fabric of Dosssoft.

These in-depth training programs cover areas like, project management, technical documentation, techniques used for crafting high quality codespec, dress sense, soft skills and more.

It is compulsory for tech team member to attend these training programs. After each such training program there is an in-house evaluation carried out, that helps both the trainers and the trainees to grow.

Dosssoft also boasts an excellent in-house library of reference material. This is an area that is often totally neglected by software houses. Mr. Ivan Bayross takes a personal interest in the Dosssoft library. Books, manuals, and other reference materialare regularly upgraded.

Dosssoft also permits its senior personnel to purchase technical books for its library, from specific book sellers with the company being billed directly.

Dosssoft has its own Quality manual. The manual lays down the rules to be followed to craft production quality code. Dosssoft has carved a niche for itself in the development marketplace because it produces scalable, maintainable, fully documented code that is upto (and beyond) international specifications. Again this is an area that is generally paid Lip Service to by others whereas in Dosssoft its a way of life.

The environment at DSS is a pure meritocracy where all members of our team are rewarded based on their performance.

Our office is presently open only 4 days a week. Team members are however always on the job and have the flexibility of working at their convenience on the other days of the week.

We always say that a member of our team works "with" us and not "for" us.

We at DSS are constantly trying to fine tune our performance evaluation processes to ensure that people who contribute to the organization are consistently rewarded.

Our eventual objective is to progress to a structure where all employees will be sharing in the profits of the business in a transparent manner. While we cannot claim to have achieved this we do hope to get there soon.

We are in the process of putting in place a productivity measurement and management system which will bring more transparency into the way we work.

Rewards are based on a system which gives due weightage to position, loyalty and performance.
